Brad Stone (* 1971 in the USA ) is an American journalist and author .

Life

Stone grew up with his twin brother in the suburbs of Cleveland , Ohio and graduated from University School in 1989 in Cleveland . He graduated from Columbia University in New York City in 1993. In the following years he worked for The New York Times and wrote articles on companies such as Apple , Google , Facebook , Yahoo and Amazon . He was also featured with articles in Newsweek Magazine . Since 2013 he is in the office of Bloomberg Businessweek in San Francisco in California operates. He is also a frequent guest on the daily television program Bloomberg West , where he talks about the new technologies, companies and developments in this area.

Stone has published three books, two of which are also in German.
