Branded and Exiled is the second studio album by the German heavy metal band Running Wild . The album was released in 1985 on Noise Records .

history

Just one year after the band was founded, the band had their first line-up change. Michael Kupper alias Majk Moti replaced Gerald Warnecke on guitar. Both occult and fantasy topics are featured on Branded and Exiled . With Mordor is on the Rings The Lord of JRR Tolkien reference. The band had also made progress in songwriting and singing.

The Metal Hammer wrote that the vocals of Rock'n'Rolf are “more present and are no longer loaded with effects. With 'Chains And Leather' Running Wild have a cult song on the clichéd Branded and Exiled . ”The Allmusic website gave the album 3 out of 5 stars.
