The Brangs + Heinrich GmbH is a distributor of packaging materials based in Solingen and five branches and two European subsidiaries. The company is part of the Brook-Risse Group.

history

In 1875 Robert Brangs and Friedrich Heinrich founded the trading company for special papers “Brangs + Heinrich” in Solingen .

In 1921 a legally independent branch was founded in Stuttgart, which in the following years established further direct branches in southern Germany and legally independent branches throughout Europe (Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France, England). From 1976 on, the branch in Stuttgart was 100% owned by the Buscher family and also operated independently in the market under the Brangs + Heinrich company; the Stuttgart company was sold to the French Antalis Group in 2004. On October 1, 2011, the Stuttgart sister company changed its name to Antalis Verpackungen , while the Solingen founding house and all associated branches continued to operate under Brangs + Heinrich.
