After the end of his playing career, he was the goalkeeping coach of Jahn Regensburg's second team (2005-2006) before moving to FC Ingolstadt 04 in the summer of 2006 . His engagement there ended in 2014.
In June 2015, Branislav Arsenović succeeded Thomas Köhler as goalkeeper coach at Dynamo Dresden , where he received a two-year contract and, in addition to his role in the first team, overall conceptual responsibility for goalkeeping training in the youth field.
