The building is located north of the historic Quedlinburg city center at the confluence of the street Am heiligen Brunnen on Brechtstraße . It is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The large villa was built around 1915. The facade was designed in the neoclassic style , with echoes of Art Nouveau forms . The building is characterized by a central riser facing Brechtstrasse, with the entrance portal on the ground floor. In front of the risalits is a vestibule. The structure created by pilasters appears monumental .
Remarkable is the lead glazing that has been preserved from the construction period .
