The Breitentalskopf is a mountain in the Harz Mountains , which is southeast of Sieber in the district of Göttingen in Lower Saxony . It is 579.1 m high and separates the Sieber from the Breitental (with the Tiefenbeek ), which gave it its name. The mountain ridge of the Aschentalshalbe joins in a southeastern direction .
