Bridge School

The Bridge School is an institution founded by Pegi Young (the then wife of Neil Youngs ), Jim Foreder and Marilyn Buzolich for the socialization of speech and physically disabled children and young people in California , United States . She is best known for the annual Bridge School benefit concert that takes place there . a. Big names like Bruce Springsteen , Elton John , Pearl Jam , John Fogerty , David Bowie , Thom Yorke , Trent Reznor , Metallica , Green Day and the Dave Matthews Band .

In 2017, Neil Young told Rolling Stone music magazine : "Although I will continue to fundraise, I will no longer host the Bridge School Concert from this year for personal reasons." Neil and Pegi Young have been since 2014 separated.
