Brigitta Furgler
Brigitta Furgler (born August 10, 1952 in St. Gallen ) is a Swiss actress .
Life
Brigitta Furgler was born as the daughter of what would later become Federal Councilor Kurt Furgler in St. Gallen, Switzerland. After training as a children's nurse from 1971 to 1974 and working in the hospital from 1974 to 1975, she studied drama at the Mozarteum in Salzburg from 1975 to 1978 . Since 1978 she has been a member of the Vienna Burgtheater ensemble , where she made her debut as Erna in Arthur Schnitzler's Das weite Land .
Furgler was married to the actor Karlheinz Hackl , from this marriage there are two daughters, including the actress Franziska Hackl (* 1983).
Awards
- 2012: Nestroy nomination for the best supporting role in "Einsame Menschen" in the role of Ms. Vockerat at the Lower Austria State Theater
