Brigitte Kepplinger
Brigitte Kepplinger (* 1952 ) is an Austrian sociologist and historian .
Life
Brigitte Kepplinger began teaching in 1980 both at the University of Linz and in the field of adult education. From 1986 to 1987 she worked on the Upper Austrian provincial exhibition “Work, Man, Machine” in the Steyr Work World Museum . Until her retirement, she was a research assistant at the Institute for Society and Social Policy at the University of Linz. She is a founding member of the "Schloss Hartheim" association, of which she is the chairwoman.
On October 24, 2012 Brigitte Kepplinger received the title of “Consultant for Science of the State of Upper Austria ” from Governor Josef Pühringer .
