Eyeglass wearer of the year

The title of glasses wearer of the year is an honor from the Kuratorium Gutessehen e. V. (KGS), which has been awarded since 2000. The award is given to a public figure in recognition of their role model function when it comes to glasses. With the award ceremony, the Board of Trustees for Good Vision would also like to reduce reservations about glasses.

Every interested citizen has the right to make proposals. The KGS press office then evaluates these suggestions and gives the board of directors a list of suggestions. The board of the Kuratorium Gutessehen e. V. then decides after discussion who will be the winner of the corresponding year.
