Brinner Henrique Santos Souza or Brinner for short (born July 16, 1987 in Lavras ) is a Brazilian football player .
Career
Brinner started his professional career in 2006 at Fabril. In the next year he moved to Tupynambás Futebol Clube . Here, too, he only stayed for a short time and subsequently played for various clubs in the lower Brazilian leagues for a maximum of one year. In 2012 he was signed by a first division club with Botafogo FR . Brinner only kept this in the squad for a short time and mostly loaned him to other clubs. In 2014 Brinner left Botafago and subsequently played again in short periods for the clubs Macaé Esporte FC , Oeste FC and Clube do Remo .
For the 2016/17 season he was signed by the newly promoted bandırmaspor from the Turkish TFF 1st Lig . A season later he moved to Giresunspor within this Lig a .
In the summer of 2018, Brinner left Turkey and continued his career in Thailand with Ubon United . After 31 games and one goal, he has been under contract with first division club Chiangrai United since 2019 .
