Brittany Cameron (born December 3, 1986 in Dublin , California ) is an American football player .

Career

Cameron played in WPS for Los Angeles Sol , FC Gold Pride and Western New York Flash between 2009 and 2011 . She won the championship with the Flash in 2011 . The following year the WPS was dissolved and Cameron played with Western New York in the newly created WPSL Elite . At the beginning of 2013 she was the 13th player to be signed by Sky Blue FC during the second round of the so-called supplemental draft of the newly founded NWSL. She made her league debut on April 14, 2013 in a 1-0 win against the new franchise of her former employer Western New York Flash. In the fall of 2014, she switched to the Japanese first division club Vegalta Sendai on loan until January 2015 . After the following season in 2015 at Sky Blue FC, Cameron then moved permanently to Vegalta Sendai.
