Bruno Rahmen (born October 15, 1948 ) is a former Swiss football player and coach .

After his football career, he worked as a laboratory assistant and chemical technician at Basler Chemie, and finally as sales director. He has been married to Marlis since 1968 and they have two sons Patrick and Micha, both of whom are former football professionals. Patrick was the coach of the FCB U-18 from 2004 to 2007 and from July 1, 2007 to October 2011 the coach of the FCB U-21 team and since October 17, 2011 he has been the assistant coach at the German Bundesliga club Hamburger SV .

Frame grew up in Riehen, played football with the juniors of FC Riehen and in the 1st team in the 2nd league . In the summer of 1966 he moved to FC Basel and played there for ten years. With FCB he was five times Swiss champion , once a cup winner and once a Swiss league cup winner .

In 1976 changed the framework for FC Luzern , back in the National League B . In 1979 he rose with the team in Lucerne .

He ended his football career as a player-coach at BSC Old Boys . During the period 1983 to 1985 it worked as a coach at FC Luzern. In 1992 he was an interim coach at FC Basel together with Karl Odermatt , after Ernst-August Künnecke was dismissed and before Friedel Rausch took over the position.
