Bryan Gaul (born August 10, 1989 in Naperville , Illinois) is an American football player . He was last under contract in the German 3rd division at FSV Zwickau .

Career

Bryan Gaul played college football for Bradley University between 2008 and 2011 as a youth. In 2012, Gaul was selected by the LA Galaxy of the 2012 MLS Supplemental Draft. He made his debut for the club on May 2 against Seattle Sounders FC . After loaning to the NASL Club Carolina Railhawks in 2013 , he did not get a new contract with Galaxy. He moves to the USL club Saint Louis FC before the 2015 season .

In January 2016 Gaul moved to Germany and signed with Bahlinger SC in the Regionalliga Südwest . After the 2015/16 season he moved to Kickers Offenbach . Gaul then went to SV Elversberg for the 2016/17 season . On May 29, 2018 it was announced that Gaul had moved to third division club FSV Zwickau and signed a two-year contract there. His contract, which was originally valid until 2020, was terminated early in spring 2019 at the player's personal request in order to enable him to return home.
