Bryan McPherson
Bryan McPherson (born March 18, 1978 in Boston , Massachusetts ) is an American singer-songwriter .
Life
McPherson grew up in Dorchester , a working-class district of Boston, which strongly influenced him and later his music.
Although he mostly only accompanies the singing with guitar and harmonica , he describes his style as folk punk .
McPherson's music is shaped by typical working-class themes, such as oppression by the authorities or the struggle for one's own rights. Just as often his songs criticize the state or the system itself. He also often deals with his home country in a critical tone. Influence on his musical career a.
