The Bundestag constituency of Hoyerswerda - Kamenz - Weißwasser was an electoral district in Saxony from 1990 to 2002 . He owned the number 314 and included the districts of Hoyerswerda , Kamenz and Weißwasser . As part of the constituency reform of 2002 , in which the number of constituencies in Saxony was reduced from 21 to 17, the area of ​​the constituency was divided into the constituencies Kamenz - Hoyerswerda - Grossenhain and Bautzen - Weißwasser .

The direct mandate was always won by Ulrich Klinkert ( CDU ).
