The leaflets are glabrous, 2 to 5 centimeters long and 1.5 to 3 centimeters wide, ovate to almost circular, briefly pointed with a broad wedge-shaped base. They have four to six pairs of leaf veins. The leaf stalk becomes 1.5 to 4.5 inches long and is finely haired. The flowers are dioecious . They are white, stalked about 3 millimeters long and stand in dainty, terminal panicles .
