Byern

history
The family first appears in a document with Heinrich von Bieren (Henricus de Bieren) in 1214. The trunk series begins with Albrecht von Bieren († 1272) on Carow and Tucheim .
From 1472 Gut Parchen has been in the family for over 400 years. A family crypt of the von Byern family is located in the Parchen village church .
Another family crypt is located in Borna in the Liebschützberg municipality in Saxony.
