Rudolf von Byern

Rudolf Florentin von Byern (born April 18, 1844 in Parchen , Province of Saxony , † October 22, 1913 there ) was the owner of the manor and a member of the German Reichstag .

origin

His parents were Rudolf Johann Heinrich von Byern (1805-1882) and his wife Klara Bertha Charlotte, born von Britzke (1817-1893).

Life

Byern attended the cadet corps from 1856 to 1863. In 1863 he joined the Guard Hussar Regiment as an ensign and from 1864 to 1882 he was an officer in this regiment. With him he went into the three German wars of unification . In 1882 he said goodbye and has been running the Parchen manor ever since. Since November 1, 1906 he was a member of the manor house , he was also a member of the district council, member of the district committee and district deputy.

He was holder of the Iron Cross II. Class, the Order of the Red Eagle III. Class with ribbon and swords on the ring, of the Order of the Crown III. Class, the war memorial 1870/71 , the commemorative cross for 1866 , the war memorial for 1864 , of the Russian Order of St. Anne III. Class with swords, the Knight's Cross of the Albrecht Order with war decorations, the Knight's Cross of the Order of the Württemberg Crown and the Cross of Honor of the Order of the Griffin . He was also a legal knight of the Order of St. John .

From 1907 to 1912 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency administrative district Magdeburg 3 Jerichow I , Jerichow II and the German Conservative Party .

His grave is on the Kapellenberg in Parchen .

family

He married Auguste von Pietchel (1852–1874) on October 11, 1871. After her untimely death, he married Agathe Coqui (* 1859) on July 24, 1878. The following children emerged from the marriages:
