Byron Webster (born March 31, 1987 in Leeds ) is an English football player . The defender is currently under contract with the English second division club Yeovil Town .

Career

Byron Webster played for Down Arm, South Milford, Leeds United and York City in his youth . In the first team of York City he made his debut on December 29, 2004. In the 2004/05 season he came to 16 missions in which he scored a goal. He only signed a professional contract in York in mid-2006, but the contract was terminated in February 2007. He joined Harrogate Town , but also appeared several times for Whitby Town .

The defender signed a one-year contract with Czech first division club FK Siad Most in August 2007. In the Gambrinus Liga he made his debut on August 11, 2007 in a 2: 5 against Baník Ostrava . The Englishman scored his first goal for Most on matchday three of the 2007/08 season, his team losing to Slavia Prague 2: 3. The defender scored more goals on the 20th matchday in a 2-1 win against FK Mladá Boleslav , on the 22nd matchday in a 3-1 win against Dynamo České Budějovice and on the 25th matchday in a 2-4 win against Bohemians 1905 Prague .
