Cəlilabad is a city in Azerbaijan . It is the capital of the Cəlilabad district . The city had around 44,200 inhabitants in 2014.
Cəlilabad is close to the border with Iran and has a park, a museum and a fairground. The road from Biləsuvar to Astara runs through the town .
