c-Port is a registered trademark and designates an intermunicipal industrial and commercial area on the coastal canal in the northern Oldenburger Münsterland in the district of Cloppenburg .

An inland port facility on the coastal canal is being built in several construction phases on a total area of ​​approx. 280 ha. Currently, around 76 hectares of land are available for industrial settlements. In the first construction phase, 55 hectares were developed.

The industrial park can be reached via federal highways 401 and 72 . A rail connection is planned for the second construction phase.

The port on the coastal canal has a 570 m long quay , berths for five European ships and is geared towards the handling of bulk , bulk and heavy goods , containers and general cargo .

The c-Port is being developed by the association for the Intercommunal Industrial Park Coastal Canal based in the municipality of Saterland . Members of the Zweckverband are the city of Friesoythe (32.97%), the municipality of Saterland (32.97%), the district of Cloppenburg (27.47%), and the municipality of Bösel (6.59%).
