CH Manders was an assembly plant for motor vehicles and thus part of the automotive industry in Ireland .
Company history
Charlie Manders founded the company in the summer of 1937 as the successor company to Irish Exporters & Importers . On July 17, 1937, he announced the change in the press. The address in Dublin did not change. His former partner R. Briscoe and C. Crowley became directors. The assembly of automobiles continued. The parts continued to come mainly from Adlerwerke in Germany . Nash was added in 1937 and Chevrolet in 1938 . In January 1938 there were plans for a plant in County Tipperary , but they were not implemented.
After 1939 the track of the company is lost. After the end of World War II , Motor Distributors continued to assemble Nash cars.

The company manufactured the Adler Trumpf and the Adler Trumpf Junior . Both models were also used in car races.
It is not known which Nash model was made.
The Standard Sedan model has been handed down from Chevrolet .
Production numbers
In 1937, 78 eagles were registered in Ireland, some of which belonged to the predecessor company. In 1938 there were 58 vehicles. Figures for 1939 are not known.
Four Nashs were made in 1937 and fewer than ten in 1938 and 1939.
In 1938 ten Chevrolets were made.
