CEV-Pokal 2003/04 (women)
The 2003/04 season in the CEV Cup began with the group phase on November 21, 2003 and ended with the final on March 7, 2004. Bayer 04 Leverkusen started for Germany . Austria was represented by TI TWK Innsbruck and Sparkasse Feldkirch . Concordia BTV Luzern and Kanti Schaffhausen were there for Switzerland .

Preliminary round
The ten tournaments of the preliminary round were held from November 21 to 23, 2003. The group winners reached the next round.
Play-offs
The ten winners of the group stage met in the round of 16 against the six seeded teams Volley Modena, Monte Schiavo Jesi (both Italy), Bayer 04 Leverkusen (Germany), Stal Mielec (Poland), Universidad de Burgos and Caja de Avila (both Spain)
