COMBU (4 - {[1,3-Dimethyl-2,4,6-trioxotetrahydropyrimidin-5 (6 H ) ylideneaminooxy] (dimethylamino) methylene} morpholine-4-iumhexafluorophosphate) is a coupling reagent which is used in peptide synthesis to generate peptides is used. It is a derivative of Oxyma -B.
