TOMBU ( N - {[1,3-dimethyl-2,4,6-trioxotetrahydropyrimidine-5 (6 H ) -ylideneaminooxy] (dimethylamino) methylene} - N -methylmethanaminiumhexafluorophosphat) is a coupling reagent which is used in peptide synthesis to generate peptides is used. It is a derivative of Oxyma -B.

Alternative coupling reagents are e.g. B. HATU , HBTU , HCTU , TBTU , COMBU and COMU .
