Caba is a municipality in the Philippine province of La Union and is located on the South China Sea . Caba has a flat coastline, but half a kilometer inland the area begins to get hilly. The heights here fluctuate between 50 and 272 meters. The 241 meter high Mount Magabang is the most striking mountain in the area. Caba is also crossed by the Aringay River and has several beaches.
