The Cabo Goyena is a cape on the southern coast of Joinville Island in front of the northeastern end of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is just east of the Tay Head .
Argentine scientists named it after the Goyena , research vessel on four Argentine Antarctic expeditions between 1967 and 1973.
