The Cabo Meneses ( Spanish , in Argentina Cabo Navarro ) is a cape at the northeast end of the Pelseneer Island in Wilhelmina Bay on the Danco coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula .

Chilean scientists named it after Carlos Meneses, who was involved in the construction of the Bernardo O'Higgins station on the 2nd Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1947–1948) . The background of the Argentine naming is not known.
