Camerata
Camerata , Italian chamber community, companion derived from Italian 'camera', 'the chamber' is a community or private space .
Nowadays the term camerata is often used as a name for chamber music associations. The first and best-known representative is the Camerata Salzburg - founded as the “Camerata Academica des Mozarteum Salzburg”. Due to the success of the Camerata Salzburg, the name "Camerata" was established for chamber orchestra.
