Cangandala (also Kangandala ) is a small town and a district in Angola . The Cangandala National Park is located here. It is known for the Palanca Negra Gigante , a rare species of sable antelope and a national symbol of Angola.

Cangandala is the seat of a district of the same name ( Município ) in the province of Malanje . The district has around 40,000 inhabitants (2014 estimate). From now on, the 2014 census should provide reliable population data.
