The Carinthia VII is a luxury yacht owned by the Austrian department store heir Heidi Horten and is number 40 on the list of the longest motor yachts in the world. The Carinthia VII sails under the flag of Malta . Home port is Valletta .

The ship was designed by the British designer Tim Heywood and built at the German Lürssen shipyard in Bremen . The Carinthia VII replaced the 71 m long Carinthia VI (other name: The One ), which was also built at Lürssen in 1973 and designed by Jon Bannenberg , the predecessor of the Carinthia VI was the one that hit and sank on a reef on her first voyage near Kefalonia in 1971 Carinthia V . The construction costs were estimated at 100 million euros. Her base was Port Vauban in Antibes on the Quai de la Grande Plaisance, but she has been at her new berth in Venice for a long time.
