Carl Bartholomäi Kühne

Carl Heinrich Friedrich Bartholomäi Kühne (until 1827: Carl Heinrich Friedrich Bartholomäi) (* 1790 ; † 1857 ) was a German administrative lawyer, manor owner and parliamentarian in the Grand Duchy of Saxony-Weimar-Eisenach .

Life

Carl Bartholomäi Kühne studied law at the University of Jena . In 1810 he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Jena . After graduation and the doctorate to Dr. jur. he entered the service of the Grand Duchy of Saxony-Weimar-Eisenach. In 1815 he married the daughter of the manor owner Christian Johann Martin Kühne in Oßmannstedt , after whose death in 1827 he inherited the manor and took the name Kühne. Since 1816 he was admitted to practice as a court attorney. In 1819 he was court director at the Kühnesche courts in Wallichen in the Vieselbach judicial district . In 1823 he became district administrator of the second administrative district based in Weimar . He was also a member of the road commission for the Weimar-Jena district and the state commission as a state commissioner. Around 1846 he also held the office of district administrator for the third administrative district. After the revolution of 1848 he was a member of the General Commission for the Redemption of Landlord Rights. In 1855 he was retired.

In 1835, Bartholomäi Kühne was elected to the state parliament of Saxony-Weimar-Eisenach for the rank of knight in the Weimar-Jena district . For the Landtag of 1841 he was elected second assistant to Land Marshal Georg Ferdinand Friedrich Johann Riedesel Freiherr zu Eisenbach . In 1846 he was still listed among the deputies. After the constitutional reform of 1850, he was no longer a member of the state parliament.
