Carl Busse (Author)

Carl Friedrich August Wilhelm Busse (born October 11, 1772 in Dassel ; † October 26, 1829 ) was a German author, pastor and superintendent.

Life

Carl Busse was a student at the convent school in Holzminden from 1784 to 1790 . From 1790 to 1793 he studied theology at the University of Göttingen . In 1799 he took up a position as a pastor in Bledeln . From 1815 he was pastor in Elze . In 1825 he became superintendent in Winsen an der Aller, where he was also a pastor.

In addition, he wrote numerous articles for various journals such as Wachler's Neue Theologische Annalen .

His presentation of internal church grievances, which was published in 1821 under the title History of the former benefice and parish sales in the Catholic founders, with special consideration of the Diocese of Hildesheim, aroused particular interest .
