Carl Hermann Lamprecht
Carl Hermann Lamprecht (born September 20, 1840 in Schmiedeberg in the Giant Mountains , Lower Silesia, † September 16, 1881 in Siegen ) was mayor of Siegen from 1876 to 1881.
Lamprecht was a travel agent and police lawyer in the Sprottau district . In 1870 he was elected and confirmed mayor of Jessen in the Schweinitz district for 12 years. As early as 1874 he was appointed police lawyer in Lüben (Lubin) for the city district and deputy police lawyer in the district of Lüben . As early as 1875 he gave up the office in Lüben due to his election as mayor in Siegen. He served as a full-time mayor until his death in 1881.
