Carl Theodor Breusing
Carl Theodor Breusing (born December 21, 1789 in Osnabrück ; † September 24, 1867 , ibid) was a German businessman , banker and politician .
The Osnabrück businessman was a member of the Hanover State Council from 1849 to 1855 .
He sat from May 19, 1848 to May 20, 1849 in the Frankfurt National Assembly for Hanover (Osnabrück) and was a member of the Landsberg parliamentary group . In June 1849 he was a member of the Gotha post-parliament . From 1842 to 1846 and from 1856 to 1862 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates Assembly of the Kingdom of Hanover and from 1851 to 1855 a member of the First Chamber .
