Carlos López Díaz (born May 18, 1983 ) is a Spanish triathlete . He is state champion in the long distance triathlon (2015) and Ironman winner (2016) and is included in the best list of Spanish triathletes on the Ironman distance .
Career
State champion triathlon long distance 2015
In 2015 Carlos López Díaz became the Spanish national champion in the long distance triathlon.
In September 2016 he was able to win the Ironman Mallorca and thus his first Ironman race (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running).
At the first Ironman Hamburg held in August 2017, he came fourth. In September he was involved in a traffic accident while training. Carlos López is in a relationship with Noemi Martin .
