Caro Dance is the most famous contemporary dance school in Poland. Various formations provided by the school appear under the same name at national and international competitions.

At Caro Dance, disco dance, hip-hop, shop dance, disco show, tap dance, jazz dance , show dance , modern dance and disco freestyle are taught and danced. The school is based in Siedlce and has two branches in Warsaw (in the districts of Chomiczówka and Ursynów ). She is a member of the International Dance Organization (IDO) and Dance and Child International (DaCI) .

The school has existed since the late 1980s and has been one of the most internationally successful dance groups in Poland for many years. In 2007, various Caro-Dance formations won 32 Polish championship titles, five European dance show championships (in Belgrade , Serbia) and seven jazz dance and modern dance championships at the World Championships - World Cup, in July 2007 in New York . At the IDO World Ballet and Modern Championships and Jazz Cups 2009 in Niagara Falls (Ontario), a graduate of Caro-Dance, Jakub Mędrzycki, won the most medals of all dancers: eight gold medals in dance categories in modern dance and jazz dance. At the Show Dance World Championship 2009 in the Erdgasarena in Riesa , in which around 3,400 dancers from 24 nations took part, dance formations from Caro Dance won a gold medal each in the duet and group categories. In the senior solo dance, team member Jakub Męd won the silver medal and thus the place of vice world champion. Formations of Caro Dance have also won titles at previous world championships in show dance.

The founder and chief choreographer is Iwona Orzełowska , winner of an Outstanding Choreographer Award from the IDO . She was the most successful choreographer at the World Championships in Niagara Falls.

Caro Dance has produced many dancers and stars known in Poland today. Thus Marcin Mroczek , the winner of the Euro Vision Dance Contest from 2008, a graduate of the school. Jarosław Zaniewicz and Bartosz Zyśk are dancers at the Polski Balet Narodowe ( Polish National Ballet ). At the Polish television dance competition "You Can Dance - Po prostu tańcz", the Caro Dance graduates Izabela Orzełowska, Eliza Kindziuk and Jakub Mędrzycki reached the semifinals. Graduates of Caro-Dance also appeared on the Polish TV show “Mam talent”.
