Aiace Parolin

Aiace Parolin (born March 28, 1920 in Cagliari , † November 19, 2016 ) was an Italian cameraman .

Life

Parolin began his film career in the second half of the 1950s as an assistant to Leonida Barboni , who in those years directed the camera for important films by Pietro Germi and Renato Castellani . At the beginning of the new decade, Parolin received his first orders for independent work, during which he “developed not only technical skills, but also a keen eye for images that match the respective dramaturgy”. Until 1991 he worked as head cameraman for almost forty feature films.
