action

On the way home from a party at night, the young photographer Valentina Rosselli is almost caught in a Rolls-Royce . The driver introduces herself to the shocked passer-by as the mysterious “ Baba Yaga ” and insists on chauffeuring the pedestrian home. On the way, Baba explains to her companion that their meeting is by no means accidental, but rather predetermined. Furthermore, she demands a personal item from Valentina, which she wants to return to her immediately. That same night, the photographer was plagued by surreal nightmares, to which she initially did not attach any importance.

In reality, Baba is a demonic, witch-like being with fetishistic tendencies. The alleged lesbian tries to confuse and seduce Valentina with her supernatural powers, which she succeeds.

Soon after the first involuntary encounter, the apparently wealthy Baba visits her new acquaintance in their apartment. There a modern medium format camera arouses her interest, which fascinates her for seconds. From then on the Rolleiflex developed a disturbing life of its own and caused serious accidents. In addition, Valentina's erotic dreams intensify, the lines between reality and fiction blur. In addition, Valentina surrenders to the lovable director Arno, although she is also drawn to the mysterious Baba Yaga.

During Valentina's short return visit to Baba Yaga's half-ruined villa, the hostess gave her a doll named Anette, wrapped in frivolous SM clothes, as a gift. The strange doll takes on human form during a photo shoot and kills a befriended model. The incredulous Valentina, who can no longer separate visions from what she has experienced, confides in her friend Arno. Manipulated by Baba Yaga, she visits them again in their domicile. Here the lady of the house reveals herself to the photographer as a being from another world. Meanwhile, Arno finds out the address and breaks into the house. There he manages to stop and destroy the murderous doll Anette in a game of illusion and reality. At the end of the film, the witch is banned and Valentina and Arno learn from the police that have arrived that the villa has been empty for years.
