Luigi Montefiori

Luigi Montefiori (born August 16, 1942 in Genoa ) is an Italian actor and screenwriter , who mostly appeared under the pseudonym George Eastman .

Life

The 2.06 m tall actor went to Rome in his early twenties and achieved first successes after attending the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia and the acting school of Alessandro Fersen in the late 1960s in leading roles in various genre films, especially in spaghetti westerns , before going on Was no longer employed for some time due to differences with the Italian film industry.

He was later used in mostly lower-budgeted films and in important supporting roles, before he began a long-term collaboration with director and producer Aristide Massaccesi in the mid-1970s , for whom he also wrote some screenplays and once directed. However, his greatest success as a screenwriter was the late- western Keoma .
