This list of members of the Lower Austrian state parliament (2nd legislative period) lists all members of the Lower Austrian state parliament during the second legislative period, with the legislative period extending from May 20, 1927 to May 21, 1932. After the state elections of April 24, 1927 , 38 of the 60 seats were on the unified list , with the Christian Social Party having 33 seats and the Greater German People's Party (GDVP) receiving 5 seats, the Social Democratic Workers' Party (SDAP) receiving 21 seats, the Landbund (LB ) a mandate. 15 of the mandates were awarded in constituency I (quarter above Wienerwald), 19 mandates in constituency II (quarter under the Vienna Woods), 12 mandates in constituency III (quarter above Manhartsberg) and 14 seats in constituency IV (quarter below Manhartsberg).
The Presidency of the State Parliament was initially headed by the Christian Social Politician Carl Jukel as First President. After Junkel's death on August 20, 1931, Alois Fischer succeeded him on September 30, 1931 . The office of second president was held by the social democrat Leopold Petznek , the office of third president was held by the Christian- social politician Rudolf Beirer .
