List of MPs to the Lower Austria State Parliament (VII legislative period)
This list of the members of the Lower Austrian Parliament (VII legislative period) lists all members of the Lower Austrian Parliament during the VII legislative period, with the legislative period extending from June 4, 1959 to July 23, 1964. After the state elections in 1959 , 31 of the 56 mandates went to the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) and 25 to the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ). The state parliament elected the state government Steinböck IV on June 4, 1959 . After Steinböck's death, the state parliament elected the state government Figl III in 1962 .

Landtag Presidium
Hans Sassmann (ÖVP) was the President of the Landtag Presidium . Sassmann resigned from his position on May 25, 1962. The then Third President Johann Tesar was subsequently elected unanimously as his successor . The office of second president was the SPÖ MP Josef Wondrak . The third president at the beginning of the legislative period was Johann Endl . After his death on February 17, 1960, Johann Tesar took over the office on March 10, 1960. After Tesar was elected First President on June 19, 1962, Franz Müllner succeeded him as Third President on June 19, 1962.
