Caroline Smith is a production designer , prop master, and art director .

Life

Smith began her film staff career in the 1980s on British television. Until the late 1990s, television remained her main field of activity; among other things, she worked at Agatha Christie's Poirot . In addition, she also worked on feature film productions such as Hidden Fire . From the early 2000s she worked on a number of major film productions such as the episode film Actually ... Love and Woody Allen's Match Point .

For Terry Gilliam's fantasy film The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus she was together with David Warren and Anastasia Masaro 2010 for an Oscar in the category Best Art Direction and the BAFTA Film Award in the category Best Art Direction nominated.
