Casa de mujeres (La historia de seis pecadoras) , span. For House of Women (The history of the six sinners) , one is Mexican film from the year 1942. The director of this film drama led Gabriel Soria , who together with Alfred block the screenplay had written. This went back to a play by Enrique Suárez de Deza .

The plot of the film takes place in two time levels. In Paris in 1905, Madame Lou runs a brothel with five employees. The six women take in a boy who was orphaned on Christmas Eve. Under the care of women, the boy becomes a righteous young man. On Christmas Eve 1925 he returned to the women's house and had dinner with them. They have now become righteous women and tell the man their life stories.

In the play on which the film was based, the sisters Anita Blanch and Isabelita Blanch had appeared many times before they took part in the film adaptation. One of the other actresses was the German Hilde Krüger , who had worked in a few UFA productions and stayed in Mexico under the name Hilda Krüger and spied for the Third Reich. The film Casa de mujeres was produced by the Hermanos Soria company . It premiered in Mexico on October 1, 1942.
