Cashandra Slingerland
Cashandra Slingerland (born December 8, 1974 in Rustenburg ) is a former South African cyclist .
Cashandra Slingerland is a specialist in individual time trials . Three times - in 2006, 2009 and 2010 - she was South African champion in this discipline. In 2008 and 2009 she was the African champion in the individual time trial, and in 2009 in the road race .
