Catharina Felser

Catharina Felser (born October 2, 1982 in Siegburg ) is a former German racing driver and presenter .

Career as a racing driver

Catharina Felser began her career in karting and took part in national and international racing series. In 2000 she moved up to Formula Ford and achieved three podium places there. The following year, she was able to drive into the top ten eight times in the Formula BMW ADAC before she contested her first year in Formula 3 in the 2002 season . In her second season in the Recaro Formula 3 Cup, she finished sixth overall out of 30 participants at the end of the year. After her career Formula Catharina Felser joined the touring car racing and went 2004 Seat Leon Supercopa as part of the DTM at the start. In 2005 Catharina Felser took part in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring , and in 2006 the 24-hour race in Dubai was also on the program.

In 2008 Catharina Felser reached the peak of her career with third place overall in the FIA GT4 Sport Light European Championship on a KTM X-Bow . In 2009 and 2010 Catharina Felser took part in the KTM X-BOW Hill Climb Challenge.

In 2012, Catharina Felser moved to the organizational area alongside various instructor engagements and worked for the Lamborghini Team Reiter Engineering in the FIA GT1 and the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo as a team manager. She is also known to many as co-presenter and test driver for “ Grip - Das Motormagazin ” on RTL2. In 2012 she was seen as a presenter in the web TV format “ZF Race Reporter” as part of the DTM.

Catharina Felser is a qualified lawyer and lives in Munich .
