Catrin Hannken (born April 26, 1973 in Bremerhaven ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

biography

education and profession

Hannken attended high school and graduated from high school. From 1992 to 1998 she studied law at the University of Bremen . After the first state examination in law in March 1998, a traineeship at the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court followed . In 2001 she passed the second state examination in law. Then she became a lawyer a. a. in the Büsing, Müffelmann & Theye office. She did her PhD in Dr. jur.

Since April 2008 she has been a ministerial advisor at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Initially, she was in charge of public relations in the ministry's management team and is currently head of department 326 (cultural education).

politics

Hannken is a member of the CDU. From 1991 to 1995 she was a member of the Bremerhaven City Council . From June 8, 1995 she was a member of the Bremen Citizenship , where she was a member of the board and secretary. On January 15, 2006, she resigned prematurely from citizenship.

From 2006 to 2012 she was deputy state chairwoman of the CDU Bremen.

She was a member of the Broadcasting Council of Radio Bremen , on the supervisory board of FBEG Beteiligungsgesellschaft Bremerhaven and on the board of Borda eV ( Bremen working group for overseas research and development ).
