Celadon Daboll
Celadon Leeds Daboll (born July 18, 1818 in Groton , Connecticut , † October 13, 1866 in New London , Connecticut) was an American inventor. In 1851 he invented and patented the "Daboll trumpet", a compressed air operated fog horn controlled by a camshaft .
