Chu-bra !! ( jap. ち ゅ ー ぶ ら !! , Chū Bura !! from chūgakusei no burajā (= brassière) , German “middle school girls bras”) is a series of manga written and drawn by Yumi Nakata . The manga was published from 2007 to 2011 within the magazine Comic High! which is published by Futabasha . An adaptation as an anime television series was broadcast on Japanese television in the spring of 2010.

At the center of the story is the 12-year-old student Nayu Hayama ( 葉 山 奈 由 , Hayama Nayu ), who caused a sensation on the first day of school when she presented her underwear - underwear for adults - to the assembled student body through a slip . Then spread the rumor in school that they have a sugar daddy who or enjo kōsai would operate. The two students Yako Jingūji ( 神宮 寺 弥 子 , Jingūji Yako ) and Haruka Shiraishi ( 白石 遥 , Shiraishi Haruka ) want to get to the bottom of this matter and begin to spy on it. They find out that Nayu is a tester for new underwear and that she has a lot of experience in this regard and is open. The Manga Chu-Bra !! is written by the Japanese illustrator Yumi Nakata . The first chapter in the series was published on January 22, 2007 in Comic High! reprinted and the 48th and final chapter on April 22, 2011. The chapters were combined into seven Tankōbon issues, which were published like the magazine by Futabasha . The series is also published in Taiwan by Tong Li Publishing .

Anime
The manga was implemented as an anime television series by the animation studio ZEXCS under the direction of Yukina Hiiro . The music in the series was composed by Yoshihisa Hirano . The title Choose Bright !! (Japanese pronunciation: chū to bura ito ) used, which was interpreted by the seiyū of the series ( Minori Chihara , Minako Kotobuki , Sayuri Yahagi and Yōko Hikasa ). The credits were underlaid with the title Shy Girls, which was also sung by this quartet.
In Japan, Chū-Bra !! transferred to AT-X since January 4, 2010 . In addition to being broadcast on Japanese television, the anime was also offered as a stream on Crunchyroll with English subtitles.
